We aim to provide somewhere were people can come and talk about any problems they may be facing, share there concerns about someone they know with the disorder, and to gain and/or give advice to others. Living with Bipolar can be a struggle to live with in every day to day life, however you do not need to be alone and it doesn’t always have to be a struggle. Dealing with loved ones and friends with the disorder can be difficult, not only dealing with the effects but actually learning to understand it. Mental illness is still a very taboo subject and is often shunned when spoken about in conversations with family and friends. There is still alot of misunderstanding with this subject. We hope to help you understand the Bipolar Spectrum better, by giving you information on the website and also providing links to other informative mental health sites that may help give you an even better understanding. We hope that we can help you to help yourself or others with living and coping with Bipolar and the effects Bipolar can have on relationships with anyone in yours or their lives.
